  1. My lineup Weah, Pulisic and Dike. McKennie, Adams and Reyna in the middle. Dest, Antonee, Miles and Zimmerman and Steffen. If Richards is healthy I'd have him in. Reyna should be playing in the middle not wing.

  2. For a long time I’ve said the template for US success has always been to play counterattacking soccer. The US we’re playing a desperate team who were forced to attack and we took advantage of it. I’m happy for the win but it is what it is. I’m also happy to De La Torre play. He’s a true #10.

  3. Hello gentlemen, I have a question for you. Why are Mexican and some other sportscasters hate the United States. I see them and they are so unprofessional on the way they refer to the United States. It's almost as if they don't want to accept that American soccer is growing and getting better. Why?

  4. "SUCK IT HATERS!" …. 6 and a half minutes later …. "I didn't like the fact we let Panama have so much of the control of the game and got to dictate the flow." – JC

Little bit of friendly fire there eh lol. We GOTTA stop addressing the "haters" on these shows. 11 Yanks, Tac, Red Card, and the newly minted ISWT: AUSSP have all done it lately. Nobody knows who you're talking about so we're left to assume you're just talking about anyone who ever had a critical opinion. This new community is a true uncut gem where passionate US soccer fans can finally find raw and thought provoking discussion removed from the mainstream packaging and bias. You guys deliver that, that's why we're here in the first place. Haters exist, I'm sorry you have to deal with it. But they don't matter; don't give them the time of day.
Last thought is specific to this show: Understanding the above, and why fans are here. We're NEVER going to get past the MLS Bias discussion if we keep digging it up. It's such low hanging fruit and such a non-issue for smart soccer people. Let's let it die because it sounds as whiny while defending as it does while people are attacking.

I love this new community – I love you guys, I love what you did on the NT while I watched years ago, and I love what you're doing now. I hate to see you get drug down in the BS waters

  5. Ya know, we have dogged berhalter’s turnover in some games, but now we have soooo many young players who have played qualifiers. Gonna pay big dividends in the next cycle. Maybe GGG has been playing 4d chess this whole time. I’m kinda starting to see the method through the madness. Or maybe im losing my mind.

  6. Can't be a 9/10 when we did such a poor job handling their press. Had this been Mexico or any other quality team, those brain-fart turnovers would have led to multiple goals.

  7. P+ tayloram93 This was an incredible win to watch. All the negatives of the roster and coaching staff is turned on its head after tonight. Now just to duplicate it.

  8. For me you have to start Weah over Gio, Timothy has been our best most consistent attacking player all of the qualifying matches that must be rewarded. Gio can come off the bench for a lot of different players depending on who it is needing to come off. Tim is less likely to perform anywhere other than that right wing or possibly left

  9. Pulisic Ferreira Weah
    LDT Adams Musah
    Jedi Miles Zimm Yedlin
    Steffen

Reyna first man off the bench.

Horvarth in place of Steffen if that knock he took turned out to be anything significant.

  10. Hey guys, great to see you on this new channel. I am still salivating from last night result. USMNT had a great game. I believe that when you win 5-1 there is no reason to not be happy. Every single player in the game, did the job.
Its time now that we break thar mind frame about the playing as a visitor. We need to win in Costa Rica and destroy that idea that "ohhhh we are visiting"
USA 2- CR 0 its about time.

  11. ROBINSON cost us a goal against Canada and almost cost us a goal with a giveaway last night. You keep thinking that because of his athleticism he should be in there but I think he is more of a liability. Also Zack Steffen continues to get lucky even though he continually makes mistakes. Not sure what games you guys are watching but I would not have these guys are the starting lineup.

  12. I think Greg is a solid coach who mostly makes good decisions. Are there better options out there? Yeah, but at the end of the day he’s doing his job fairly well and if we qualify I’ll be happy.

  13. Pulisic Ferrera weah
    Weston Adam's Reyna
    Scally Richards miles dest
    Steffen

    Rotation squad

    Pulisic pepi aaronson
    DLT Adams musah
    Jedi zimm miles dest
    Steffen

  14. Great stuff fellas. Really happy I came across this channel today! I think the CB pairing with Zimmerman and Robinson, they bring such calmness back there which resonates through out the team! The understanding between them and Adam’s is really growing and developing in front of us. I see real leaders starting to shine through this team! And it’s been a really pleasant thing to watch, great football! I’m buying in on what Berhalter is selling. He’s got character and great presents on the sideline! The players are fully fighting for him and becoming a real hard working American team.

  15. I said this a week before the game, Ferriera and Arriola have been developing solid chemistry every game at Dallas this season and they are dangerous together. Including LdlT on the field all Pulisic had to do was stay high and trust them to get him the ball. As for CR…

I think you can run Ferriera, Arriola, and then Gio/Pulisic/Pepi are interchangeable. Or you can go with speed against the older team and use guys like Morris and Weah with a Gio/Pefok/Pepi interchangeable.

Pefok was crap but clearly he is a goal scorer for his club, it would be good to find out how to get him effective before the WC.

I've been a Jedi hater for his bad service into the box throughout qualifying. Tonight I think he was a top performer amongst many players good performances. Against MEX he had two solid passes into the box also. His D has always been reliable but I'm glad he is becoming the offensive weapon he should be.

  16. I really don't get why people hate of Jesus Ferreira, he is a young player with a lot of promise and had a really good game. I would prefer him to play at CAM just under a striker because I think that is his best position. He would even be a great winger imo

  17. One reason we have all these good possible line-ups for CR is because Greg tinkered so much and got different guys minutes with different players. That next man up thing will pay off when we have say 4 games in the first stage and then knockouts. Just look how much injury and card attrition there was each 3 game window of qualifying so far.
