13. This was a complete obfuscation. If anyone actually reads the contracts, the women received more pay over the 5 years in question, and they received more pay per game. What they wanted was the high risk contract that the men chose, COUPLED with and including the heavily benefit-laden guaranteed packages that the women had. The women received millions in guaranteed money, salaries for all of the women, full benefits packages, health care, dental, vision, etc., pregnancy pay, injury packages, vacation, etc. plus big incentives laden along the way for success. When the women were offered the exact same contract, they rejected it.

    It's disgraceful that this was parlayed as discrimination. This was pure intellectual laziness and a narrative for the women to exploit because 99% of the public are too lazy to do their own research. In 2 minutes you can find the contracts, and you can read them. OR. You can YouTube or Google any number of independents who will translate a very easy contractual series of options for you. I despise any actual discrimination, but do your research people, and you will see the truth. Go straight to the publicly available contracts. Under no circumstances was there discrimination.
