I never thought the goal was "gonna come."
They have BATTLED to beat Mexico 3 consecutive times. We expect those games to be difficult, ugly, and close games. Then we expect so see some joy and excitement, some beauty, and some quality against the rest of CONCACAF. But they look flat and impotent almost every time out. They've had 180 minutes against El Salvador, and they only scored one goal off a chaotic scramble in the box. There's no way to sugar coat it – it's not good enough.
Pulisic needs to stop sitting on the ball every time it comes to him. Amazing that he hasn't figured out that his "hero-ball" game isn't helping the team.

The US doesn't seem like a scary team to play right now. I think opposing teams like their chances against us right now.
Our team seems to hold up our attack to get organized to attack which allows the other team to setup their defense.
Disagree that this is going to get us to the World Cup. That is NOT a given. We have one of the harder last rounds for qualifying.
Pulisic needs to be switched to a Super-Sub for now. That is how he has been most effective so far (ie. Mexico). It's not a punishment.
Too much dribbling and holding the ball too long. If four players are on you. Someone is open.
Do we have too many finesse players and no grunt players (like a Jermaine Jones)? You have to have variancy in your attack. Yes we like the nice build up but sometimes you need to just send a ball into the mix. Go direct or take a shot from outside. Keep the defense guessing.

Berhalter is delusional. To say that we played like they wanted to do is ridiculous. We can't keep coming close, there is a point where the ship is underwater.
Canada is playing more consistent now. US has no consistency. One game bad, one game ok, one game good. We could realistically lose that last game against Panama at home.
