  1. ITS SO HARD TO BE A SOCCER FAN IN THE US. I’m a milan fan for the past 10 years and the only way to see them or any other big team was the ICC which ig is done w the men’s side bc of covid and money. But the U.S. also chooses the most wack spots and it’s the same places every time. The sport here is so out of wack and demoralizing even trying to see players you like play.

  2. Let’s face it Americans suck at soccer. More people and resources then any other nation and can barely crack top 20 in the world ,which is sad being it’s the worlds most popular sport.
In the words of the late great Elsa “let it go”

  3. You guy's are funny !! USA won't get through the pool stage in Qatar I'm pretty sure…. In fact you'll do well to get through customs lol !
" In Spite of everyone and everything .. We're still here today " !
We are the red wall … We are Wales !

  4. Soccer is the 4th or 5th sport for Americans. To expect a ton of fans there, especially when the other sports leagues are still playing is kinda crazy. Plus there's a bunch of casual fans that tune in during the world cup

  5. The vast majority are posers and hipsters. They really don't love soccer, they just like that it makes them feel like they are different and unique. They are the worst. On a side note I actually played soccer in highschool before it was cool back in the early 90's. So I actually like soccer unlike the posers/hipsters with their insta pics with their "football" gear.

  6. I mean we are paying double the money to cover USWNT. I love the mens and womens clubs but they have priced casual fans out of the game. They need to do the exact opposite.

  7. I’m 30 years old now and admittedly didn’t start paying attention to the USMNT until the World Cup in 14’. As we all know soccer just isn’t the pinnacle of sport for people in the States with Football, Basketball, & Baseball being the Big 3. We do ourselves NO FAVORS being absolutely TERRIBLE at marketing and advertising trying to garner attention and new eye balls on the sport. Which is undoubtedly the best way to grow the sport here. You essentially have to go out and research when the games are on your own. It’s a real shame because soccer is a beautiful sport once you educate yourself a bit. I just feel we need to to a better job at educating the average sports fan on the meanings of games outside of just MLS. For instance just what the CONCACAF IS, what qualifying for the World Cup is, ect. That may sound silly to intense and die hard soccer fans but I’m telling you to the average person they’re CLUELESS and need more information and entry points for becoming fans. I’m somebody that’s going out of my way to educate myself and still have a very baseline amount of knowledge. If we want some of our best athletes to choose soccer over the other sports we need to incentivize it, market it, and make it cool. It just makes me sad because we have all the resources, athletes, ect to be top contenders in the world. It starts with the youth programs though we need to start and build up from there. I do think we’ve been moving in the right direction in the past decade I just truly hope to see continued improvement. Any and all conversations are beneficial though and the more media that highlights these things the better. These are just my opinions feel free to inform me more and or counter any points. I’m doing my best to educate myself too!
    Go USMNT & USWNT‼️??

  8. The men's national team is going to have to quit choking with such regularity for the average person to take any interest. As soon as they get on a big stage they gag like a person drinking that go-lightly stuff in preparation for a colonoscopy.
The women's team, on the other hand, has become a dominant force on the world scene. The fact that they have FINALLY been guaranteed equal compensation as the men is a joke. The women's team should get paid much more than the joke that is the men's embarrassment, I mean team.

  9. Nothing from this clip is correct!

Pulisic is NOWHERE near top 10 player in the world!

Chelsea fans do not adore him.

He was injured and had a couple sub par games, so he was not a starter.

Club is much more exciting and you get paid millions by your club, which is why World Cup games are not as exciting and not as important.

These guys do not know much about soccer.

  10. He’s not even top 100 in my opinion. Maybe top 500. He’s not even top 5 in CONCACAF let alone in Europe. There’s a reason he doesn’t start. There’s so many guys much more talented, with a better work ethic and more consistent than him. He only gets attention because he’s American and he whines too much, not for what he actually does on the field. He’ll be another Kaepernick if he keeps this up. I think he should’ve stayed in Dortmund to develop his game more.

  11. LMFAO Pulisic top 5? No way. Mbappe, Neymar, Salah, Son, Benzima, Vinicius, Mane, Diaz, Messi, Lewandowski, Iwould say top 20. Pulisic needs to go to Barca and be a full time starter and then he will be top 10 and get a fair shake

  12. Cincinnatian here: we just built a new stadium for FC Cincy (TQL stadium) and I know a guy who worked security for it, he said it was 50 50 American and Morocco lol
