  1. Thank God this is just a friendly game. The Super Falcons coach need to work on the midfield. We need creative midfielders that can hold on to the ball and create openings. The right side of the defence also need to be fixed. All the crosses came through that side.

  4. I think the energy and steam the players from the Nigerian Female Professional Leagues bring in is lacking.

    Since more foreign based players are brought in, the Falcons have lost steam.

    Though football has changed a lot, but I guess this is where the Technical Team are missing it. The dominant era of the Falcons were from the Nigerian League. They were strong, energetic, fast, skillful, and hungry for glory. I can't see much of that in the new crop of players.

    Nigeria's national team handlers had better looked inwards to salvage the situation.

  6. This is the exact thing we were talking about at the AWCON. It’s better we don’t have a coach. We are now the 4th best team in Africa. The World Cup is just a playing ground.

  11. Nigerian female team is a pathetic side that had never made any impact beyond Africa which probably gave them the illusion that they are good in football.
    The whole fault resides in the workings of the country where corrupt officials never scout and develop talents early and rely on somebody else to develop players for them. They all want to reap where they never sow. They can never get good results.

The Coach should miss up the super falcons with the newly u20 .they will do well, Esther,Abiodu etc should be added.it is unbiased if Esther is not added to the super falcons, according to me,she is among the first 5 in super falcons.she is a lion, powerful, strong, effective and good ball control

  18. It's not about a coach or age it's about experience…You find an 25 year old American with over 100 caps and then you find a 34 year old African with the same number of caps….what does that tell you…they just play more and get more experience.

  19. I like how South Africa and Nigeria are taking the upcoming World cup serious playing with top teams. We (South Africa) were also beat by Brazil (3-0). I'm yet to see Zambia and Morocco play with any internationals…I wanna see my African teams go far in the world

  22. Why is it that anytime Ghanaian edit highlight, it must be biased against Nigeria, many of our attempts were all removed, I can remember a run and shot Alozie took, it was removed from this highlight

  23. Every soccer team has their football culture and the strength of every team lies in that. Once that culture is altered, the team struggles despite their individual talents. This is where the local coach is important, they understand the culture, understands the players better and play them to their strength. The foreign coach wants to impose his own system on the team thereby altering the teams culture and making them to struggle. This is the case with the current Super Falcons.

  27. I can't understand what this players are doing there. They're good. But they already believe that USA team are better. They walk when they're suppose to run and defend.

    The first half is too poor. However, the did better in second half.
