Sometimes Sounders take these games serious, and others years they don't – looks like this year they don't.
Just got to say it – I'm sick of seeing the red jerseys already. They look like RSL or something. The purple haze was interesting, but the red makes no sense for a team well known for it's green and blue.
Good for The Galaxy. They have something to play for this crappy season.
As a Sounders fan, when I saw this score, I was pretty disappointed. I felt like we should have done better. But, seeing the lineup Schmetzer put out there, I'm actually shocked we played as well as we did. There isn't a single starter in the lineup (some did come on as subs later). A lot of these guys have never even played with the first team. So, given the circumstance, I think they played pretty well. L.A. definitely came to win this game.
If there's a full-back named Julian, he's a good player.
