  1. We all know the real reason Balogun went with the USA was that England didn't prize him as much as the USA. Unless the USMNT coach did something ridiculous like insult Balogun, he was very much going to go for the USMNT no matter who was the coach.

  2. This is the epitome of who Alexi Lalas is and why it is hard for me to ever respect him as a media voice. He is arrogant and he loves to hear himself say unnecessary controversial things, knowing his name will be circulated and his clout will rise.

  3. Literally the first sentence Mosse says after Alexi’s dumb Gregg praise is negating that Gregg had anything to do with this, which he didn’t. THANK YOU MOSSE. Sometimes you gotta put Alexi in his place.

  4. This seems great for striker.

Is centerback clearly the weakest now, for USMNT? Who is most likely to start in 2026? Miles Robinson, at 29 years old?

The wings are loaded and midfield looks like MMA + Aaronson should be solid…. Likely a couple surprise players fighting for starting spots by 2026. (If they are 17-18 years old now, it's not out-of-question.)

I'll be surprised if it's not USMNT's deepest roster of any World Cup.

  5. Thank you Mosse for speaking truth unlike Alexi who clearly is biased towards Gregg. We don't know how much of an impact Gregg had, my guess is not that much. More deciding factors were easier route to play #9 for US over England and that we're hosting World Cup in 2026. I would bet those two had more impact than Gregg
