It's weird. The women could have chosen the other option for their contract where they wouldn't be guaranteed their pay, but would have the potential to own more. Especially with how many times they won. They chose what they chose then complained when the men chose the opposite contract and made more…. so now they get to have their cake and eat it too all while generating nowhere near as much money
