  1. Fire Berhaalter and Fire Matt Crocker and fire Greg's brother. The entire board needs to step down from behond the scenes as well. The people most people's names we do not know. The board needs to step down. USSF is a disgrace from top to bottom. It is on us the fans to protest at matches and boycott any merchandise and boycott matches. Uncle tame's army is too incestous with ussf. Time for a new fan group knowledgable about the sport to make ussf feel the heat and hit them where it hurts. They are a disgraceful sports organization. If you really want change put pressure on the docile lamb former players and American media members covering the sport. They all are either paid to be overly supportive, or have no courage to ever criticize ussf. Put pressure on former players to actually grow some courage and speak out. The USSF needs to be cleaned out at every level. If possible the fbi needs to get involved to open a full investigation into ussf and clean them out just like they did fifa. USSF chickens will come home to roost. All their financial dealings and appointments need to be investigated. Call your local congressmen, call the fbi get them to clean out the corrupt stink in the ussf.

  2. Hudson and Callaghan proves Joe Schmo is better than Berhalter. He's not doing a tactical revolution, he's just making the obvious decision of playing the best players in the best positions which is all we need. Anyone who says he's continuing Berhalters tactics either knows nothing or is a GGG apologist. Do you guys think GGG builds off of this or scraps it for his 1-dimensional system?

  3. What’s all the hate for Jason Kreis? I’m not arguing, just curious what he has done or not done to earn the frustration.

    Anyone know?

  4. question: how do you fit in CCV, Ream, Adams, Sargent, Malik, Steffen into the NL's 23-man roster?
Other worthy names; Slonina, Clark, Che, Cowell, Vargas, Luna, Buck, Gutierrez, JoGo, Wiley, Paredes, Isais.

the USMNT could lose young, talented dual nats especially to mexico.

  5. canadian Eustaquio is a dirty player…. at the Finals, he brutally rammed Balogun from the back almost gave Flo a concussion, no card given cuz the play was ruled offside… later in the first half, he two-hand pushed an on-the-run Reyna enough to delay Gio's stride causing his leg to collide with a second canadian defender giving Gio a severe calf injury that could keep him out for a couple months.

Someone please please break this useless canadian legs.

  6. I just don’t see GGG scrapping the way he’s always done things as that would be him admitting he was wrong in the past. It’s obviously likely how he sold himself again as well that he would continue to do what he started.

It’s unfortunate but nothing in his character makes me think he will change.

Most people also that truly cared about American soccer would have declined to be considered as well but not GGG. His ego is just too big which is another reason he won’t do anything but what he’s always done with the national team.

US Soccer should also be asking themselves that if GGG is such a good fit to rehire, why didn’t he have some European offers? There’s a reason he likely only had MLS opportunities and that’s because of his nepotism w/ choosing MLS players and that was his only offers.

  7. The reason the USSF didn't' bring Greg Berhalter before the Nations league and Gold cup is because if the US stumbled then we would have a call to fire him by everyone… USSF protecting Greg from himself from the bad decisions he would've made.

  8. Enjoy it while it lasts because when that hump GGG comes back he will either leave him off the team. Use him as a sub late in games. Or force him to play on the outside which is not his strength and GGG doesnt know how to coach to players' strengths. We should just keep BJ on the job

  9. There won't be Qualifying matches for 2026, but for sure Berhalter would have blown enough matches to end up in THIRD PLACE AGAIN. If the USMNT ends up in a Group of Death at the World Cup, there is absolutely NO WAY Berhalter will make it out of group, he'll figure out a way to muck up the team again – he's incapable of beating an equally talented team that has a real coach – his tactics are SO PREDICTABLE that the USMNT doesn't stand a chance

  10. September window are the first matchdays for 23-24 Nations League but looks like US is automatically seeded into the QF as the format is changing so should be friendlies that window still.

  11. As a Canadian fan I was so disappointed by their play. They seem scattered. They seem star struck. Kinda like World Cup. Ah well, we lick our wounds and keep at it. CONCACAF NEEDS strong contenders and I was hoping to see some of that last week and this week. We need to have 2-4 teams who are evolving and constantly challenging (and winning) titles. Right now I do see the US pulling a away a bit, which isn't the best thing for CONCACAF.

But I that being said, the US were clearly the better squad tonight. Well done and well deserved. Congrats!

  12. Aaronson's contributions to the offense really come down to positioning and keeping the defense open. You can even see it on one of the goals, as he initially keeps a defender wide on the attacking run. He's not making the passes necessarily, but if you actually watch for it, his movement does contribute far beyond neutral.

  13. As a Canadian, congrats to the U.S.A. You guys are definitely the Kings of Concacaf. We are a distant 2nd. Mexico are a damn embarassment. We, Canada, unfortunately don't have a good enough midfield. I'm not optimistic for our Gold Cup chances as we are probably bringing a B/C squad. I'm just hoping we are bringing in 20-24yr olds with a little bit of veteran mix (28-30yr olds).

  14. USA vs Canada Final. Stadium seemed half empty. Thank you USSF. Great job of promoting soccer in USA. Someone should point out how mediocrity rules USSF. No wonder you rehired the most mediocre coach ever

  15. Paramount said that September friendlies are TBD. The USMNT and the top few countries don’t enter nations league until a quarter final, and the quarter finals winners go to the copa America. Nations league changed formats. We’ll get more friendlies because of this.

  16. Player ratings

Tuner-6.5, made a few good saves, poor with his feet. Definitely needs a loan or a permanent transfer. How about Leeds? (Joking)

Scally-8, Scally had a great game, and was put in a crazy and unique position in covering Davies. Not as creative as Dest, but much better defensively. Dest is still the number 1, but I think Scally put the Yedlin and Moore days to rest.

Richards-9, Big boy performance from him. He was on his game, and proved he should be a starter long term. Richards and Ream, worn CCV, McKenzie and and Miles competing for minutes of s a great problem to have.

Zimmerman-7, very solid game from him. I thought he’d be fine, but he was actually very good for what he does. I don’t expect him to be a ball palling defender.

Jedi-8, Jedi was tremendous defensively and solid in the attack. Probably the best I’ve seen from with the USMNT.

Musah-7, Musah was good. Showed that he can be a viable option to back up Adams the last two games. I worry he won’t be affective as a 6 against stronger teams, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.

Aaronson-6.5, I though BA played his role well. I don’t like him as an 8, but he was fine. He’s a good bench player long term.

Reyna-9, Gio had the best 45 minutes I’ve seen from a USMNT player in forever. It’s a shame he got hurt, because I think the score ends up 4-0.

Pulisic-6, The game showed why Pulisic doesn’t need to be the focal point in attack. He’s still out best player, but having guys that can be very dangerous is great. I hope Gregg allows the team to play just as free. Pulisic and the team will be better for it.

Weah-7, Great 1st half, decent 2nd half. Seems to be the story with Weah, but in his defense, we sat back in the second half. Definitely our best crosser, and he’s a very good winger. He needs to play as a RW for his club.

Balogun-7.5, Balogun was a force to be reckoned with. He was dangerous in the box, and made great runs, including the one where he scored. Great to have a 9.

Luca-6, he was ok…I think Johnny was a better sub in that spot

Johnny-7.5, he was very good. He showed that we don’t need Acosta anymore. He could be the back up to Adams long term.

    Pepi, Trusty- N/A.

  17. Great performance from our boys the last 2 games. I chose to be optimistic and say that Berhalter will continue to do what Hudson and BJ have started. There were very few weak links these past two games. If Gregg has a laissez Faire way of doing things in his second cycle, we will be very successfully. Big if…but I have faith.

  18. why even bring back GGG after this success. The guy adds nothing but drama and embarrassment. Why couldn't we just enjoy our nations league win? why did they have to ruin it all by announcing the return of that douche…. Low IQ soccer fans think beating canada and mexico is top tier level skill stuff. Now that we got gregg back, next stop is world cup champions 😂 the next WC is in the USA, why do we want to embarrass ourselves on home field?

  19. If we win Copa Oro with BJ and go undefeated:
    8 wins/ 8 games
    20 goals in 8 games
    2 goals conceded
    100% win rate
VAMOS BJ, Greggs record in the mud

  20. My final thoughts in no particular order-
    1. Reyna needs to start as CAM going forward, period.
    2. We found our backup defensive midfielder, Musah has shown he handle that position.
    3. The versatility of Weah. First choice winger and emergency right back/wing back. Let’s thank his club for playing him there.
    4. Jedi continues to improve for club and country. His defensive positioning and discipline are getting better and better.
    5. We finally have real depth!
    6. Centerback, when healthy, is such an unheralded strength.
