    I'm amazed, the coach rather start Rodman and Smith over Rapino and Kelly O'Hara. They are legendary players who can still play very good.

    We all notice how the game completely changes when Rapino got in the game. All the good passes to Alex was done by Rapino. Portugal was on edge, they no longer control the midfield.

    Rapino is a beast, it's just unbelievable they would start Smith over her. Smith has no business playing at this level because she can't play at this level. She's lost in the game like a little 14 year old girl.

27. As always, I love the absolute (and sometimes brutal) honesty of Alexi. I know it had to be hard for him and Carli to be so positive and bubbly in the beginning of this cup. The ladies just keep getting worse and worse and it's defeating to watch. I've never seen a game where not a single player had a good game. That hurt. Kudos to Portugal – great team. 31. It was a mistake to take Alex Morgan and Christal Dunn. After giving birth their hips don't help them to dribble and run. Alex couldn't care less about this team. She takes it as a means to get juicy commercial endorsements. They, and all of them, have spent more time before the beginning of the Cup filming commercials. Vlatko has to be fired right after their defeat when they take on Sweden. Sweden 4 – 0 USA.

36. Replacing a coach will not fix the problem. The USSF current board needs to be replaced. Look at the history of the USSF. They hired a coach with 2 qualifications. A) He was a former member of the USMNT. B) His brother was the decision maker on the USSF board. This coach recruited one of the most gifted US teenagers and used him sparingly in WCQ. After taking this player to Qatar. He informed him that he would not use him. When this mediocre coach contract was up. The USSF terminated his employment. They than hired a consulting firm to help them search for a new coach. After 6 months. They rehired that same mediocre incompetent coach. Expecting the USSF to hire a different coach for the USWNT and getting a different result, is the definition of insanity.

37. Terrible finishing. Terrible passing. With a game mindset of not-losing, the USWNT managed to leave their own defense unsupported and overworked. They appear not to be self aware. Rapinoe was the only person on the pitch who appeared to understand the team was playing garbage and she was playing badly, which should be concerning because she is the playmaker and hardest position to substitute. These players have displayed greatness or have it in them, and its time to leave it all on the pitch.
