We really need to build in roads with South America and CONMEBOL so we can continue to get as many meaningful and competitive games as possible. Its important since it looks to be more and more difficult to get competitive games from outside CONCACAF.
BJ showed the 4-2-3-1 was more dynamic given our roster and skill sets but GGG in denial. Then there would be a better spot for Gio. Ream even slower than Brooks, so why wait around for Ream to fail catastrophically? Dortmund is behaving like they wanted Gio to re-up and he shot them down and now they're butthurt so not playing him even though healthy.
I think this current crop of players & the players coming up are really interesting. I would love to play counterattacking football & see what we can do. Majority of our senior team players are best suited for a transition style. I know different opponents calls for different tactics, but I think counterattacking fits our current group the best. Any and all thoughts are welcome! Go USA🇺🇸
Agree Max. The USMNT should be playing most of their games on the road against top teams. US Soccer needs to be more ambitious.
The Gio take is asinine. He is by far the most integral player for us moving forward. If he’s truly healthy, he should play 100% of the time.

Honestly Max I think you guys have got a real shot vs Germany, since 2014 the "next-generation" (guys like Gotze and Draxler) never hit the heights, they've also not had a proper 9 since Klose, they've got some quality but they're not the greatest German generation, in fact I'm going for you guys 2-1…regarding Richards, just a gut feeling, I can see him going to PSV at some point
