Jordan Morris can do nothing for this team… This should be obvious at this point.
I like the roster. It is clear that they mean business against Trinidad. It is good, too, to remain grounded. Of course, he wants to get to the point where they can beat the best teams, and you do that by working hard, and not understimating anybody. And Berhalter knows that, and I think he is doing it.
I hope that response mentioning Jordan Morris was just politically answering the question. In no way should those MLS guys still be anywhere near the pool unless they are a younger, rising talent
hard to listen to this guy talk as a fan. from his dialogue one can easily deduct that he settles rather than aspire. He seems okay with small wins over little countries but fails to realize the american soccer fanbase expects USA to be up there with the best of the best. Enough of the excuses, enough of the settling, and start bringing in some damn silverware and beating big teams. Im very optimistic in regards to the world cup coming up, but man we might need to bring in some one slightly more qualified than this guy. What happened to talks with Vieira? Anyone with a little more spice and eagerness would do.
