  1. You really get the sense that in the dark years of 2018, when the team was transitioning away from the old guard to the new guard that Pulisic was the one bearing the entirety of US hopes. Fast forward to 2024 and it feels more like Pulisic is one of many, that he is simply part of a team of ballers that can all step up and embrace decisive moments to win the game. Dest, Reyna, Adams, McKennie, Weah, Robinson, Aaronson, etc all are big players that can change the game.

  2. Clint looks like he could still ball out… Also you have to have a good game plan in order to execute it properly and beat more prepared and better coached teams… Kind of like the last 2 good opponents we have played… Netherlands 3-1L and Germany 3-1L… We never even stood a chance against Netherlands…

  3. Good strike by Adam’s, he needed that. Reyna needed that too. But anyone rooting for Mexico yesterday can see that it was more a loss due to players who are needing to be replaced ASAP. Ochoa had all the time in the world to see Adam’s was going to shoot, but he didn’t take a single step forward in order to have a better position to guard the goal. It’s a salvable shot not a wonder strike, I’m sorry. Pulisic and Robinson were making a meal out of Antuna, who I’ve NEVER understood why he gets called up. Can’t dribble, can’t cross to save his life, and when he has to mark someone he’s woeful at defending. Not a “dominant” win by USA I’d say – just key moments where it shows that on paper they have the players who can make a difference in even games

  4. I love My American Hero Christian Pulisic so much and more than myself and I love Tyler Adams very much too.🥰😍🤗❤❤❤❤🤍🤍🤍🤍💙💙💙💙💯💪🙏👍

  5. Can we please give credit to the panel of interviewers here! Their in-depth knowledge of what it feels like as player, and as a coach for a National team made the conversation better. Kate as the lead of the panel was great at opening things up and getting the convo moving. 💙

  6. I’m British and beating Mexico is no yardstick. Because to the rest of the world Mexico has been a mediocre team forever. That is why it is good for the USA to play in the Copa America against real World Cup contenders, because you only get better playing against better teams.

  7. Part of being a team captain is being selfless and supporting other players when they need a boost, but part of it is also knowing when you need a boost and need to give yourself a chance to shine. Tyler put two years of frustration and patience and hard work into that shot, and I'm so glad it went to the back of the net so emphatically. This man is ready to go and I can't wait to see him back in action in England.
