  1. 4:58 don't forget getting embarrassed in that second half against a hardly trying German team.
16:45 Berhalter is under no pressure at all. He's locked in until at least after Copa America – probably through the world up.
There isn't the type of pressure on our managers here that there is in other countries.

  2. IDK why so many countries try to play with the USMNT. The only reason we are not top 5 in the world in soccer is because the men in this country are given so many options to play so many other sports for so much more money. We know we have the talent to beat all of you it'll just take some dedicated time

  3. This USMNT team is overall better than the previous teams (other than Donovan and Dempsey who were world class). Bu overall, there is no comparison – when this team plays at its best just watch how the ball control and passes and flow of the game. Having said that, lets see how USMNT does in Copa America. I don't think they can beat Brazil or Argentina but the other contries are fair game.

  4. Mexico is in shambles and the U.S. has proved that they have more talent, skill individually, and collectively they outclassed them. You gotta give it up to the USMNT for showing up to compete against Mexico knowing what is at stake but I feel like they don’t always carry that same consistency against other opponents.

  5. This is worst case scenario for Mexico. This might be Mexico’s worst cycle of talent in a long time while at the same time this being USA’s best generation of talent.

  6. I dont get both of these teams, US plays decent against any other teams and or risk a loss but when its Mexico they go all out. As for Mexico they play a top tier team and play well but when its concacaf they play terrible. Cant both just play good all the time?

  7. Its not too late to fire Berhalter and hire a legit experienced coach that could at least bring some kind of tactics and get better performances out of this team. Other than random moments of individual players doin something, as a team they just fumblefuck down the pitch, and if thy dont get the ball to bounce the right way or defense fucks up, we turn it over or a shitty pass out of bounds. I thought we looked pretty weak just Mexico is fucked off right now 😂

I bet we lose to Bolivia in group play in Copa America 😂

  8. oh, right. i forgot. espn us football coverage is like this.

dually noted. i'll see myself out.

come to think of it, i've seen all the marvel stuff I wanna see, i don't really like star wars, i don't watch anything on hulu, and i'm really not into disney.

maybe it's time to save some money.

  9. These extra competitions are worthless, countries should be playing more difficult friendlies to get ready for the continental competitions (EURO/COPA/AFCON) and the World Cup

  10. I do find it a bit odd how USMNT seems to value this tournament more than the Gold Cup, which is according to FIFA the actual CONCACAF championship tournament. Even going so far last time as to use the first team for this cup and the B/C squad backups for the Gold Cup (which US was knocked out in semifinals by Panama and Mexico won)

  11. USMNT is the class of CONCACAF, for whatever that is worth and beating this poor Mexican side shouldn’t change anybody’s opinion on them. Im really begging going forward any Nations League finals or Gold Cup be held in another nation other than the US. This would add a bit more competitiveness. The US/Mexico will always have an advantage ALWAYS being in the USA.

  12. USA dominates Mexico because Mexico can’t handle the high press. The USA high press does not work against a low block (played by rest of CONCACAF), GGG needs to have a different strategy against those opponents.

  13. As a Mexican, Craig is literally spot on. Mexico’s national team is a joke. They need to really look at themselves and restart. Especially with the upcoming World Cup here in 26, bring in youngsters and start to bring them in. This side is boring and severely underperforming with this stagnant line up.
