  1. I believe the US are going to have a great result at Copa America. I also think a few Concacaf Nations are going to do well, as in get out of their groups

Canada: Lets be honest, they were the best team in the last Hex, and played really well at the World Cup. They had a lot of good moments vs Belgium in group play. They are capable of beating Peru and Chile.

Jamaica: I love this group. I think it will be very scrappy. My guess is Venezuela and Ecuador advance but I am not sleeping on The Reggae Boys. Outside of the main 3 Concacaf teams they have been the clear 4th best team. I can tell you right now Mexico is not beating them, they will be lucky to get a draw. Jamaica has way too much talent to not show up.

USA: Weak group. So right to the knockout rounds. The pre tournament friendlies against Brazil and Colombia will obviously help in their preparation. This USMNT is only improving despite what all the bozos think of Berhalter. I can see USA getting to the Semis.

Hope we get a Colombia vs Argentina final in Miami. See you there!

  2. Been saying this for years, the US team remind me of Scandinavian teams in the 90's. This means they are organised, athletically strong and so difficult to beat but they always lack players with the X factor. Think it's because many of the US players are too stiff and coached from a young age, so the natural talent and total unpredictability is coached out of them so they become very good but android like team players. Expect USA to have another decent tournament, guaranteed quarters and 50/50 whether they reach the semi's. The US have been at a good level for years now (this is a positive), they can compete against the worlds best teams but how are they going to up their levels to actually beat the worlds best.

  3. Gonna be hilarious to watch US Soccer try to spin a quarter-final blowout against Brazil as a huge accomplishment when at two of their previous three Copa America appearances they've been to the semifinals.

  4. The number 9 needs to be Wright, Balgon, Pepe. Done – keep that rotation fresh and consistently plug them into the system depending on the opponent (do they have good numbers against the opponent), health (both at their club and national team), and hot streak (in the tournament and their respective league/club). At a certain point there needs to be an identity "by committee" for the number 9 spot.

  5. I maybe from the USA! But I’m NOT rooting for them. They don’t deserve to win any games internationally right now. And the main reason why! They & their NCAA aren’t taking ANY ACTION on one of their College Teams from their Colligate League that is doping their athletes. I was once happy to root for what was my US! Now! They deserve to lose games. Until that College in their NCAA starts losing more games or that Colligate League steps up & punishes that Doping school & their cheating ways. And lastly! They should phase out of Nike apparel. Nike’s DIRTY ROTTEN Founder Phil Knight is the reason of that Colligate League not taking any action on that college that dopes their athletes & why my love & suppler for this US is getting very icy.

  6. Sargent and Balogun are the most talented 9's in the US pool that are being mentioned. Wright is playing in a better league than Pepi, scoring goals and getting minutes. So for me it's easy.
I don't know why these guys always act like it's so hard to say Pepi is the fourth best.

  7. 1. US best team in concacaf by a mile, quarter final appearance would be a good result.
    2. Only issue is GGG, he’ll either make or break in the Brazil/ Colombia friendlies
    3. If by miracle they top the group, they have a shot at a semi final appearance
