The us played this surprisingly well. Not sure if it was intentional for the US but Japans low block is so well organized you aren’t gonna get through easily. Hence why Spains tiki taki struggled in the World Cup. Taking long shots is key. Shaws first goal was how you do it.

Looking at the final stats it seems that the Uswnt was allowed 7 subs . I thought there were only allowed 6 subs. I even search online at it also said 6 subs via us soccer. Did I miss something??
